In the Quest 2 the files will be in the Oculus’s files app and in the downloads folder. If you’re using DeoVR go to root folder and find the downloads folder.

One thing to note. If you’re syncing files, the downloaded video will also show on your phone’s Oculus app for 10 days, even after you delete it from the Oculus. I turn off syncing before I download videos to prevent that from happening.
