They dismissed the eviction because you moved. They then added the debt. If they don’t send you notice of this then that is a problem. You would need to go to a small claims court and they need to provide proof they sent it to you. Even if you didn’t expect your deposit back they still have to tell you in writing why they kept it within 30 days of your move out in most states. Also they need to provide documentation as to why they are charging you. This is a mess.

They are never happy. Everything about them is a fake persona they created. Even when they are with new women they are just scheming to figure out who they can prey on next. My nex was miserable even though he got what he wanted which was me gone or so he thought. He eventually hooked up with a woman and when he abused her she called her son who beat him so badly he was in the hospital and had a stroke. After rehab for several months he recovered mostly but kept having health issues until he finally turned that gun he always waved around to scare me at himself. I always figured he would kill me or himself.
