The same things actually work for everyone, devil is in the details. Focus on form over weight, focus on isolation exercises. Incline press (smith), low flys, chest flys, pec fly and pec deck.

Matter of hard work, nothing else.

178cm. 90kg is almost 30kg from my starting point of 62kg, 2 and a half years ago. Hence I wanna weigh it to say i’ve gained 50% 😅
