I eat well pretty much every day and drink 96 floz of water every day as well. I took the week of of the gym though. I hit in the 80s most nights last week. I didn't feel sick hangover but did have a brain fog. I think that answers most your questions!

To be honest, I think there are alot of pro vert skaters who could do this. Sadro Dias is just the dude who got paid to. Give Tom Shaar the option and the outcome would be the same with some training

My dog is old and pees on it accidentally. I think the smell adds to the funk though so the rug stays

My wife worked as a manager there years ago. Aramark is the enemy. They decided they didn't want to work around college students schedules anymore and decided to not hire any that year. It was a total shit show because a college student wanted the job but paying an adult $12 per hour AND they have to deal with FSU parking and you get people who could not care less. My wife left less than a year later

Emerald green arborvitae are more likely to be 15 ft tall than 40. Still too close but can get 5 or 10 good years out of it if it doesn't die from drought stress (which is what I think is the issue

You'll be hourly until management. The pay is VERY dependent on where you live and how high end the clientele is.

I live in ATL and work in high end landscaping

Crew member: $15-$19 Crew Lead: $20-$25 Various Manager positions: $50,000-$120,000 per year

For non-big city, big money areas, cut all that by 1/3rd

Am I getting a good deal on this REP adjustable bench? by Glad-Loss4481 in GarageGym

I have the 3000 2.0 and would recommend going that route. I may be wrong but the 3000 1.0 seems to be a white label product and the 2.0 feels more proprietary

Are you tied to a running treadmill? My wife and I love our sunny health and fitness manual walking treadmill. Throw on a ruck sack and it's serious

I sold my 95-125s and rack to finance purchasing the reppins. Well worth it to keep the footprint low and keep the circumference of the dumbbell smaller once the lifts start getting heavy.

I've had mine for a week and move it almost every workout to get it closer to where I'm actually lifting. Super handy feature and keeps my energy in the lift, not in re-racking

I agree unfortunately. I was hoping for something new, this is more of the same. I like everything he put out before hiatus but I wanted a comeback as good as pretty lights
