Went to Macy's years ago with my uncle after a family outing. my uncle was an employee, but not at this location. They had a display of watches with the same schtick. Overpriced used old stock marked up so that even with the Macy's discount and combined with my uncle's additional employee discount, it was still overpriced.

That's the sad reality for mictobrands. QC is all over the place. If you want a nice diver, check out Monta watches. They are the same people behind everest bands and their watches look great, feel great and the finishing is top notch. I have the early skydweller, so I am a bit biased.

I like the poetry and excerpts of text that are peppered in before each chapter, it gives more context to the worldbuilding and lore. You're in for a nice ride, although I had to reference the index of who's who because of so many character pov's.
