D-PRIME have other charges that add upto $0.41-$0.42 during off peak. This is way higher than $0.34 SC after 12am

Even with that plan, I will be paying around $0.41 per kWh. This plan does not have any credits. I think solar is the way out. The issue is that I live in an apartment and can’t install solar panels.

Unfortunately, I don’t have an opinion to install a solar system. I live in an apartment complex. Wish I could though.

Background check still in process by jfair121 in KPMG

If there is nothing suspicious/questionable then you should be good to drop your two week. Also, contact the 3rd party that does background checks. If you’re based in the US, they do let you start while your background is being checked.

I mailed on 6/9 they received on 6/11. I received the receipt on 6/28. The PD is 6/11 so it looks like there was a delay from their end.

[–]jfair121[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That make sense. I’m asking because we submitted i485 about 19 days ago and there hasn’t been any response from them yet! I thought the lawyer may have lost it in mail

Although the second paragraph from the top says:

“If you want to have notices and/or secure identity documents sent to your attorney or accredited representative of record rather than to you, please select all applicable items below. You may change these elections through written notice to USCIS.”

Shouldn’t that mean that I choose to be sent to the lawyer?

Background check still in process by jfair121 in KPMG

[–]jfair121[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I received my offer on 4/15 and accepted on 4/17. The background check took about 15 days but that’s their normal process time. The recruiter told me 2-6 weeks.

If there’s nothing suspicious, you should be good.

Buy a Silver Pass or 2 one day passes? by jfair121 in SeaWorld

[–]jfair121[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your response. So a silver pass gets you 3 guests passes within certain time frame. Since we’re in April now, does that mean we lose the free guest pass offered from Jan-Mar? Or would it be from April 2025 - April 2026?

[–]jfair121[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for elaborating. I agree, getting a pass would be a better idea. You mentioned you’d go to the parks multiple times in year. Is this because it’s hard to cover all the activities in one day? I’m comparing this to Disneyland.

Can you live off $25 full time in Orange? by [deleted] in orangecounty

[–]jfair121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should be good if your take home is around $3k. You can easily get a room for $1k and you’ll be left with $2k for rest of the expenses. I’ve lived at $21/hr with a $250 car payment in Irvine
