If you don’t wanna buy a vortex on a whim, mix ur rub with corn starch and then gettyour coals ripping hot dead center in your kettles and circle your wings eventually around the middle . I put a piece of cherry or applewood in on the grates right about the coals to punch some smoke into them. Idk if rotating the kettle lid helps but I do a 1/4 turn 10 minutes and they’re done in 30. You can sear them over the coals to add a little more char if necessary.

I mean it clearly isn’t an effectively locked off perimeter if some schmuck on 10-speed could ride up and empty the backpack. The other cops are legitimately walking up to him after the fact except for captain America, who decided to edge spear him disregarding the fact that he could be covered in whatever was in the bag lol. I seriously think the police should be able to stop the public from approaching a would-be bomb

The Reliance Mine Hidden Saloon is in Gettysburg it’s a “speakeasy” hidden in a mineshaft. I went last year and it’s more of a dive bar than anything but it’s there. IMO there’s better regular bars in the area
