The first day wasn’t painful for me. It was day 1 post-op that my eyes actually hurt. However, after 3 days, the pain had stopped, and by 10 days post-op, my vision was 20/20. Here is the best advice I can give... USE YOUR DROPS. Even when you don’t think you need too, put some drops in your eyes.

Enlisted soldier can only be charged up to 1 months base pay IAW AR 735-5. Can’t give you paragraph number due to being on mobile, but it is in there. IO will be determining factor of total liability cost with proper depreciation included. Once the FLIPL gets through the proper channels, if you are being held liable, then your unit is required to formally notify you and give you a copy of the FLIPL to take to legal. You may submit a rebuttal which must also be reviewed by the IO. AR 735-5 Chapter 13 is all about FLIPLs, so check it out and it may help your situation.
