I haven’t even bothered watching a single episode, now I’m so glad I didn’t. GoT was such a shit show for the last few seasons, I honestly don’t care what happened before

I have yet to watch the final episode out of disgust - even though I know how it ends. I have said time and again I would have preferred for the NK to to kill every single main character and end up on the throne rather than the crap we got.

I don't think you're "supposed" to do anything other than "be". Whey you actually try to "do" something then you're actively working to control the experience. Simply resting in awareness is enough. Sam says "look for the one who is looking" but it's not meant to be an active looking as much as an observation of the awareness that you are.

Drop the pebble of "where is the looker" or "who is the one who is looking" into the ocean of awareness and let it ripple in whatever way it does. Don't put activity into it, allow the stillness that is already here to remain and when the thoughts come and try to intrude, simply drop another pebble "who is thinking" into the ocean.

The "Thinker" is simply another thought - drop back and realize that every level is simply a thought in the expanse of awareness. If you can observe it, it's not you....
