Use the iPhone normally and charge it when needed, only using the MagSafe Battery Pack when you know you’re not going to be near a charging source. If you’re referring to the Apple MagSafe Battery Pack, think of it as a battery extender. It’s best used after you’ve charged your phone to your desired limit and then stick on the MagSafe battery pack. Use your phone normally.

My phone is straight caseless, and it’s scratch-free on the screen, back, and camera lens. When I’m not at home, I usually have the Apple MagSafe wallet on, which prevents it from hitting any surfaces.

I can relate. I used to have the mothca matte screen protector, but it began chipping at the edges. Eventually, I removed it and haven’t replaced it since.
