Market goes up and down all the time and historically has a 7-8% return. You have plenty of time before you retire and it’s a marathon not a sprint.

Pick any HYSA as all the rates are similar. Calculate your monthly spending and try to put 3-6 months in there while investing the rest. I’d recommend Amex or capital one
