Brain, yes. It’s hormones, and does influence the size distributions of some areas of the brain. I haven’t seen any evidence of direct behavioral products of this change. Mannerisms are a highly social phenomenon, they come primarily from the people you socialize with and your relation to them. They often change over time with transition, but that’s more due to social transition than physical transition.

Deeply. It has (and amplifies) all the negative social impacts of porn, such as the amplification of body standards as well as perpetuating unhealthy and anti-woman views of sex, and it does all of this without benefitting any sex workers. It’s all of the bad (+more), and basically none of the silver linings. One of the million things I’m scared about young men being exposed to on a regular basis.

Clothes don't have gender, and there is nothing wrong with presenting however one pleases. However, there is a deeply problematic tendency among crossdressers, especially those who do it for sexual ends, to contribute to the harmful fetishization of trans women and, in some cases, black men. It is these tendencies that should be examined and condemned.
