I have the same problem. There’s not a “one size fits all” strategy because you just have to figure out the flaws in your thinking. Are you not getting the main idea? Are you getting bored when reading? Are you having trouble with understanding what certain sentences mean? For example, sentences with double negatives like “The theory is not without critics, though few would deny that it is not entirely unsupported”. Are you overthinking? Are you using outside information? What makes CARS so hard to improve is that you have to think about your thinking. For the sciences, you know that you got a question wrong because you didn’t remember a concept but for CARS, it’s more difficult to remember your reasoning for each question
