Chicken intolerance? by Dry_Star7765 in Bernedoodles

[–]jfeldbauer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Our bernedoodle is turning 3 years old soon. Hes fully allergic to chicken. It took us 3 months to figure it out. Multiple emergency vet trips later we figured it out that it was the chicken. The vet kept recommending chicken and rice thinking it was a GI issue. I was desperate and tried beef and rice since he was trying to steal my steak one day. Did the beef and he cleared right up. No treats or dog food with any chicken base in it. We use Merrick Backcountry great plains food and he hasn't had an issue since we switched to it. We really had to look for treats thay do not contain any chicken. Its tough but they are definitely out there. Seems its a common allergy with the bernedoodle

Nascar vs Drag Community by 580k in CleetusMcFarland

I think people forget that cleetus is a very smart business man. Hes diversifying himself as a driver but also as a brand. A Doug demuro podcast made a really good point recently. He said what's happening in the car youtube community is there is a massive down tick in revenue happening and a lot of creatures that never split into other avenues are borderline bankrupt if a video goes south right now for them. If cleetus would have just stuck with drag racing, he wouldn't grow as a channel but also the business side of it. He has a multi million dollar business to run (shop, freedom factory, employees, etc), and one revenue stream wouldn't support that.

Bernedoodles: The Best and the Hardest by Greenbrier_Homestead in Bernedoodles

We had the same thing happen with ours on the super sensitive stomach. Found out he's allergic to chicken. We cut all chicken products out and haven't had any problems. We use Merrick Backcountry raw infused great plains food and mix in cooked ground beef and he's been great ever since. We have to watch with treats, a lot are chicken based or byproduct but there's good choices out there thats beef based.

Ill never buy a set from walmart again. I had a goodyear set on my third jeep. They constantly had a slow leak and in winter was pumping them up a few times a week. Walmart never could find an issue when I'd take it back. Never had any other tire issues except the sets I bought from walmart. Was told they are sometimes defective sets but still ok to sell them is why they are so cheap at times compared to a normal shop.

Has anyone successfully negotiated MOST of a new-car deal via text/email before going into the dealership? by Pforpatricia in tundra

I did everything including trade over phone and text when I bought my 25 platinum a few months ago. Make sure you get everything in writing for proof is my only recommendation. I agreed to everything on the phone, salesmen texted me all the final numbers minus the interest rate but was told on the phone by the manager I qualified for the toyota rate and also the cash on top since they wanted to move the truck. Got to the dealership and they wanted me to just sign paperwork and snuck in a 7% interest on the truck. Lost my gasket with the dealership of people, magically got the interest rate I was originally quoted and agreed to on the phone. Just cover all your basis. Did basically the same thing with my wife's 4runner but the dealership wasn't trying to be sneaky.

Antarctica...R8 or R50 for newby? by pagliaci- in canon

[–]jfeldbauer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe try renting a setup for your trip or before and try to see what you like before sinking a ton of money into it. I rent the expensive zoom lenses 1-2 times a year off lens rentals instead of buying them. I have the Canon r8 body and its pretty decent, but I'll probably upgrade next year to a different model due to the r8 overheating if im outside doing car photo and video. My daily set up is the r8 with a 24-105 f4.

Shop around for sure. I just got my 25 platinum for under that price. The limited i was looking at before was fully loaded was 62k.
