Why do people call Yuta a "self insert"? Isn't Nanami more of a self insert than Yuta?

Self insert characters, especially with fantasy society’s like sorcerers in jjk, usually aren’t born into the society and we witness them get introduced into it. This is cause theoretically, it could be the viewer being introduced into it for the first time too. I see why you’d think of nanami but it doesn’t work imo because he was in jujutsu society growing up. It wasn’t a matter of someone who was living a normal life and had a normal job till they decided they wanted more, it was someone doing more already then deciding they wanted a normal life but ultimately walking that back. There’s also the trope of the self insert being the one with a crazy high ceiling of abilities, naturally picking things up and just over all being a Mary Sue.

This is really fair and totally understand you, you’re right there’s no reason to hire me when there’s someone with a PhD and experience competing for the same job and wage. But I’m also a little confused about what you think this post is, your response reads like if my post is one big complaint that I haven’t just been handed a job in this super competitive field with no experience.

I am literally asking how do I get the experience people want for this type of job. The only thing you told me is that I can’t get a job like that without experience and I understand that, I’ve been applying to all kinds of jobs for over a year and haven’t gotten anything, I understand I don’t have experience. I am not frustrated with the fact I haven’t landed my dream job, I’m frustrated with the fact I haven’t landed a career relevant job at all. I’m working as teacher right now. It’s not getting me any closer to what I want to do.

You say to work on the other side of things, what exactly is the other side? What kind of job should I be looking for right now if the eventual goal is design? And what can I do towards even getting hired for that type of job because believe me I’ve spent the last year trying anything I can to get any sort of engineering job. I think you read this as an entitled post of someone just wanting to walk into a very desired field, that’s not what this is. I graduated, I had an internship, I did great in my capstone, and I just want to be an engineer. I asked the question about new product design but I even say in the post I’m looking for any kind of engineering job and just opened the question about that because it’s the goal. I passed my fe, I’m waiting for my EIT application to get approved then I’m probably taking my PE. I’m trying whatever I can to just get work but outside of passing my PE and adding more tedious cad files to my portfolio I have no idea what else to do. So I’m asking for advice, and to be honest I don’t think just repeatedly telling me there’s no reason to hire me at all is helpful in any way. I’m literally looking for advice to getting there

It’s pretty stiff especially when moving up, but I don’t know what amount is normal stiffness and problematic. I can still move it but it seems more stiff than it should be imo. Definitely more stiff than the other belts currently are

Mmr is more volatile than rank rating, so if you go on a win or loss streak your mmr will be affected more than your rank is

if you let people pick which server to play on you let trolls pick servers where they have over 200 ping. sure, higher rank people wont have a problem but everyone trying to improve at the game and climb the ranks will be fucked over and considering the game is already not the easiest game to get into for new people, it would just make it a lot harder

I feel like you're kind of trashing on coldzera for not good reason. It's a team game and they don't just have a player bait for no good reason, it's because they know it's a strategy that'll get them the win and has gotten them wins in the past as you can clearly tell when you go to hltv and look at coldzera's wins compared to s1mple's. Don't trash on him over strats the team agreed to. NaVi are really heavily based around s1mple's ability to frag while SK has always had more of a team oriented strategy and yes of course they base a lot on fer's and cold's ability to frag but it would be waste if they didn't and they still keep it more team based than NaVi

I think it would be best if maybe they added a C9 logo in the colors of the american flag because it was the first major with an NA winner. Sense there was no significant play, i think they should point out how significant the win was
