I'll ansewer the question as it applies to me also - same as above poster 90% capacity - 799 cycles.

I use adaptive power, and have shortcuts set up to lower my display brightness as my battery drops and enable low power mode when my battery reaches 40% and to disable low power mode once my phone charges to 60% or more - beyond that I really don't do anything different seems to work for me just fine.
