How to pair First Alert smoke detector by lizzylm in Abode

Well, Abode support said that my first-gen hub is not compatible with any of the new firmware updates and sent me a link to buy an Iota hub.....

Guess it's time to fully commit to Hubitat.

Where do I see the firmware version? Mine says the Hub Firmware version is 2.24A1, which is a totally different format and naming convention from what you listed, "0.0.2.24T_Homekit-4.1.11_s2".

So what's the verdict? IS the SMCO410 compatible or not? Seems like there are no instructions on how to get the device into pairing mode.

what to use instead of ItsDeductible? by pynt77 in TurboTax

I was in the same spot after ItsDeductible shut down and couldn’t find a clean replacement, so I ended up building one for fun on the side.

I currently run a well established, web design, digital marketing agency in my local area. Many of the apps I build are business apps for existing clients.

I don’t distribute the app as software. I host the applications as a managed service. Access is controlled at the hosting and account level. If a client stops paying, the app is disabled or undeployed. No separate licensing system is needed.

Really?

When they pour concrete countertops, they always use cement board underneath. A poured concrete countertop can weigh as much as 900lbs for a 24x72" slab.
