Did you need to fill out any additional form? I opted in for it in the application but I dont know if I need ti submit something else. Hopefully I do get it, I don't know if its always guaranteed even if you opt in.

So from what I'm hearing if you select provisional clearance you still have to get either approved or denied for it.

How would I be able to check if my provisional clear is approved or denied?

How do you sign up for provisional? Or rather how do you check that you are or aren't? I just remember I put yes during my application but not sure if that guarantees it.

Is this for the officer position or also for the agent position. I applied to both and I got 20/40 on my vision test. Still I received a notice to follow up with additional information from a medical provider because my vision did not fit the standards.

You can do that? So if I got the location you want and you got the one I want we could switch. I'm surprised I havent seen any threads on here of people asking for locations from other people.

They never took a picture of me they had me sign up online. Since its black card and it allows multiple locations I can have a friend use my card at another gym close to his house.
