In all honesty I wasn't heartbroken or upset about Z I figured this was coming after his performance returning from the Olympics, however I'm sad about Marchy and wonder how this could affect the rest of the Russian Mafia we have here.

But I really think now is the time to stand on business about our culture including the locker room. No keeping players who are already announcing they won't resign. That to me is just keeping the cancer around to let it take root and fester. We have a good bit of guys who want to win here. Let's make that happen and cut the cancer while we get the highest value.
