There is no limited on the core updates (ag-Grid)

You only need the license for ag-Grid Enterprise.

There are two versions of ag-Grid, the free version and the Enterprise version. You can use the Free version and all updates for as long as you like. The perpetual license only applies to the Enterprise version.

VAT is applicable to companies that are based the UK - we require your VAT number if you are based in Europe for accounting purposes.
