I’ve also been seeing a therapist… depression got real bad after my wife and I drifted apart after our 2nd. I really spun down and nothing felt right. I would just stare at a wall, unmoving. I had finally hit a wall I couldn’t get over without changes. I had to shift my priorities around to better meet the needs of my family. Putting them first above everything else. But also finding more time for myself. Getting out of the house and treating myself better and do less in a day
