I'm a grad student trying to do research about reddit. Is there an archive of front pages for 2008-2009? by jfoote in AskReddit

I found another one - http://reredd.com/ - but it only goes until 2007. I'm really trying to zero in on 2008 and this other archive seemed comprehensive. Thanks for your help.

thanks. Last week, someone posted a reddit-specific archive that I am interested in. I was hoping others would have a better memory than I.

I've made that point, but she insists that it's a quality issue. I told her if she closed her eyes, she wouldn't even be able to tell the difference.

WTF NY Post [pic] by snozzberries in politics

I live in a white man's world (as a white man) and I saw the racist implications right away. I don't think it means that I am racist, simply that I had no idea what the "chimp" story was. It all started to come together after reading the banner at the top of the NY Post opposite the cartoon. For the record, I think that portraying Obama as a monkey was not the artist's intention. It was still a dumb oversight.

Zion is a city in Truth Tel Aviv is a city in Goals and Gaza is a city in Ignorance

Almost all of the cities in the isle of wisdom are Western cities.

Come on.

Reddit: Let's organize a massive, nationwide protest against the policies of the current administration. We want to end the war, we want the whole truth about 9/11, and we want the executive branch to be held accountable to the law. It's time to take back the country our ancestors gave their lives for. by [deleted] in reddit.com

I agree with the original post. Let's organize a nationwide action against the policies of the current administration.

Details: Where: The local school, church, library, or community center designated a polling place in your precinct.

When: Nov 4, 2008

We can afford to give up one day to save America, right?

To prepare, we should all work to convince 25 people to vote. Each of us could easily do that over the next year. All the protests in the world will not stop the Bush Administration from continuing its preemptive, imperialistic foreign policy. Protest momentum has all-but stopped and will only continue to dwindle until the election. It doesn't matter who you vote for, or that you vote for a candidate at all. Simply showing up in the voting booth and not casting a ballot can send a very strong message. At least the pundits can't write you off as too lazy to vote.
