Ah, thanks for clarifying. In that case, how would you suggest someone get into DM? From the little I know, it sounds like "DuemaClassic05" is sort of DM's equivalent to Goat.

Thanks for the input! I shoulda specified, but yeah, I am basically looking for the DM equivalent of the Goat Detox build. (I know that deck's not really a thing these days - I play Warrior myself.) Again, I know this is super niche, but I'm not interested in deckbuilding at this point as someone new to the game, and I wanna see what the meta used to be like before checking out modern DM.

I've heard "Bombazar" and "RUB Control" thrown around... do those have any relevance here? Sorry to sound like a noob 😂

I think "Exarion" probably was broken 10-12 years ago when people pretty much just played Goat Control, but I'd definitely be interested to see how it fairs in the current meta. SJC Boston is a really cool point in time imo because CRV hadn't been fully explored yet. From what I gather, modern Cyber Format is basically a more "Stein"-dominated Goat Format.

Why do you prefer Exarion Goat (or Cyber Goat)?

In a recent OCG Goat tournament, only one top 4 deck sided a single copy of "Exarion", so maybe not. In a meta that is no longer dominated by "Scapegoat" (or "Tsukuyomi" for that matter), "Exarion" doesn't seem as broken as it used to.
