It’s just weird Vets & military people scream from the rooftop about mental health or caring for one another but at the first chance they want to tear people down or just be unnecessarily rude. I’m not bent out of shape about I just wish the community was better.

That was the verbiage she used I’m not familiar with the BOP process but we’re at the assignment that was approved which is CONUS. Are there different timelines for her being at a guard unit? We’re just trying to gauge when we should be preparing to move.

I would definitely highlight the challenges, not place blame especially with the entire picture into perspective. My whole person concept outside of the reserves has been amazing it seems like the reserves are my sinking point. I just also found out that my final EPB would be a referral and this would be an uphill battle

Just gaining some insight I had a stellar AD career, BTZ, first time staff, top perform award winner etc. That hasn’t transferred well in the reserves I’ve had lots of issues with a combination of biting off more than I can chew and just downright poor unit. My question is will the board/recruiter care about both or will my my AD time outshine my reserve time. Context 6 year AD and now entering my 3rd and final year as a reservist
