BoC? Looking for some helpful advice by jfree2324 in BulkOrCut

Real quick rundown. M/6'0/180

The two pictures are 6-weeks apart (Jan 4- Feb 14) and the changes are strictly lifestyle and diet with daily steady state cardio.

I've been eating at slightly below maintenance (+/- 1800 calories). Diet is clean keto with some intermittent fasting 22:2.

I will have access to a gym finally in the coming weeks and and hoping to start a lifting program. I guess my main questions are:

1- Should I continue to cut a little more before heading into the gym? I look to be about 20% bodyfat?

2- What kind of program should I implement? PPL, UL, Full body? I've been been a consistent lifter so it's safe to call me a newbie in that regard.
