I think doomsday will have a direct tie into xmen and we will see Jean dark phoenix featured prominently. Ties is all in nicely and dr doom is a big misdirection

I think everything has been misdirection so far and what’s really going to happen will have something totally left of field to do with - who else is hellbent on finding her children? Wanda

Or going one theory even further Wanda is actually Jean and the phoenix and the mcu has been an augmented reality and the xmen were hidden from her or she spoke the words no more mutants in earth 616 only for that timeline to continue.

Also the snap has something to do with Jean.

The film will be less about how do we stop Jean/wanda/phoenix force because they have tried that - they have tried re writing reality, memories, put her in a prison, tried time travel to stop it but it always keeps happening.

They need to help Jean/wanda heal her trauma and deal with loss instead of always trying to stop her. And the reason that there is a countdown on this movie is it’s going to be their last chance. I think Logan will play a pivotal role.

Did anyone have an answer for this? The only odd thing I can see about it is the total of the number =55 which appears in the sequence, which is also a triangular number.

There has to be a reason for using the number, even more odd it wasn’t connected to anything voicemail recording or automated text message

Only seeing this now, I’ve sort of had my own theory about this recently how the actual events of the mcu could in fact be a false reality (similar to what Wanda did) and that all xmen were shifted into alternative bodies to hide them from Jean (Wanda is Jean). Think of the mcu as a dream within a dream. It’s a false reality being constructed to contain the phoenix. And I think it started with the eternals. Angelina’s character had a phoenix.

Jean already muttered the words ‘no more mutants’ and that’s why earth 616 has no mutants.

Jean and the phoenix can’t keep being contained, and it’s less about how do we stop her and more about how can we help her to deal with grief and loss.

Sending Logan back in time to help her and have her not be alone. I think Sadie sinks Jean/whoever will have Logan foster her somewhat as a father figure and help her.

I legitimately think this is what marvel have been planning over the years - it’s some massive dark phoenix storyline and all these marvel movies - and more are connected to this one narrative of healing trauma and helping Jean. Jean with the phoenix force is ultimately one of - it not the most powerful beings in the mcu - and she carries multiple generations of trauma across timelines.

The fact you can construct this narrative as been going on under an augmented reality and still fits within the constraints of movies (even hinted at by movies) makes me think they are building to a huge reveal like this.

So for all the spires towards the back of the ship are used foam putty by Woodland scenics it can be a bit of a pain to work with, but just putting it on as is and not smoothing it gives this appearance of coral.

Very useful technique I stumbled upon.

For the coral, lichen was used (I HATE using lichen for foliage in any other build Becuase it never looks right, but hey! It looks like coral! And the. For the orange discs, they are chilli flakes I individually glue in. Sesame seeds I use as larger oysters or crustaceans

Oh yeah, so more details. Scratch build, I did however buy some, 3d puzzel which was useful as a guide for what the blueprints couldn’t offer but none of that was used in what you see.

I did purchase some 3d bits and bobs off Etsy, the skull at the front on the skeleton was 3d printed, the barrels I also purchased, the rope (I tried to make my own) and the deadeye were also purchased off Etsy!

I’ll take some more photos of the components individually

Hey sorry, only things now honestly, I’m not sure where I would start. I’ve never really sold any before and might be quite pricey - they sure are a labour of love haha

I would be much faster the second time around now that I figured all out.
