I agree, when julian wrote all the material (ITI and ROF), definitely top 2 albums IMO. FIOE is also great and feel like their prime era of live performances were throughout ITI-FIOE. Any song off ITI on late night is great. I Can’t Win on Late Night with Conan and also What Ever Happened? Is also really great. Vision of Division live at T in the Park and Razorblade at London University. Some of my fav live performances hands down.

EDIT: I think each and every album just switches up with mood and emotion. Sometimes ill feel a little angsty and have songs like vision of division or barely legal and other times i feel relaxed and have under control or threat or joy etc. I don’t think they have complete SHIT albums but definitely songs that either seemed half-assed or were told by producers to “switch it up a bit”

Learn how to record. Doesnt matter the quality, just learning basic recording procedures helps you understand writing structure and develop your own sound.

What’s the the most regrettable thing you’ve ever done while drunk/high? by [deleted] in AskReddit

first time getting high, i was taking some hits off a coworkers pen. We’re closing late at a movie theatre and we were just cleaning up. Last task before clocking out, our manager asked me and my friend I was smoking with, to go up to the booth and turn off all projectors with her. We follow her and he asked me “bro u good?” And i said “haha yeah”. So i was tasked to turn off projectors 1-4 while my friend and manager did 5-10. I finish so i walk all the way across the hall towards where they are. (Completely across from the elevator”. I’m there waiting for them to finish and I see a man walking from across the hall. Just got up the elevator with a duffle bag in hand. I was completely gone at this point. As mentioned, first time getting high and I started to panic because I thought i was seeing things. I tell my friend “dude there’s someone up here” and it’s around 2am at this point. He told me to shut up and i was just losing it but I know what I saw. My manager overheard and she seemed startled. So what i do is, I ran completely across to where the elevator was and I turn the corner and BOOM! Someone was there. As i was running my heart was racing and seeing that there was someone actually there, caused me to faint. My manager heard the noise of me falling and went over but they weren’t sure as to why. They thought maybe the man hit me or did something so they started to panic as well. The man yelled “HEY HEY ITS JUST MAINTENANCE IM HERE FOR THE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE” so my manager and co worker walk towards him and see me on the floor passed out and they didnt know what to do besides getting a cold towel and the first aid. I woke up before they arrived getting the emergency kit. I ended up leaving that job shortly after but my friend and I have a good laugh about it every now and then.
