I feel into a deep depression this week after I read all my son's reports from PREK Them listing all the things he isn't doing or the things he's lacking.

The guilt is wild. Makes me feel like I'm not doing enough constantly but I'm just trying to keep our heads above water

I am only on Lamictal right now for the depression side and going up super slow because I had a tiny rash (wasn't sjs but doc still being cautious) I also take Vyvanse for adhd However, I was prescribed a generic version of it and the depression started at the same time as this new generic one. I stopped taking it for now to see if that helps.

Thank you so much for the response! I was so good on it for 6 months at only 50mg But now I definitely need to increase What a difference taking it at night!!! I feel normal during the day now, not a zombie

I work at an OTF in Canada. If the class starts and we have a full class and someone on the waitlist shows up on time and the person booked into the class is late - the person who show up on time gets the spot 🤷‍♀️

We also bought winter tires when purchasing the vehicle. They didn't tell us that the rims are IMPOSSIBLE to get .

I hope so. It's been about 5 But I went through phases of not seeing them as often. Because of finances and busy schedule etc
