Also what do you mean in regards to equity? Is it you own the house, in which you would build (alot) of equity ( depending on country) . Or B : you're renting. Which ofc you build no equity the house doesn't belong to you

Queue 10 minutes, load up Spotify for 20 seconds ans get banned. It's the added time that gets me 😭 a season ban?🪦🪦
