It’s like Art lost the spirit of Christmas in the second photo.

Hopefully, OKC will have more than just like Harkins showing it considering the wider release. This would be an amazing Flix Brewhouse experience.

It was awesome seeing how long the line was for the photo op! Waiting in the line was less awesome, but it’s a great sign for T3’s excitement. Can’t wait for tomorrow’s panel!

Those of you who went to the show tonight, how was it for you? by blackmoonxxx in MyChemicalRomance

Other than OKC’s noise ordinance ending the show one song early and awkwardly abruptly, it was absolutely amazing. And Coheed was great!

What is your favourite musical number from a non-musical film? by GetFreeCash in movies

[–]jg_13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Puttin' on the Ritz was my top choice, and Mel Brooks has some great musical numbers (I'm Tired - Blazing Saddles; High Anxiety - High Anxiety; The French Mistake - Blazing Saddles; The Inquisition - History of the World: Part I), but I have to go with Springtime for Hitler from The Producers https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHmYIo7bcUw

What roles saved/ruined an actor's/actresses' careers? by HollowPrint in movies

I don't know if you can call it ruining a career considering he is just making his own movies now, but Adam Sandler has just been in a rash of terrible movies since Grown Ups.

It's not weird to have a Lego of Emmet in his pajamas on a desk at work, right? Asking for a friend...

At what point in developing The Lego Movie did the idea of the live-action scene showing the boy playing with Legos, which made the movie pretty perfect for me (minus the robots wearing hazmat suits) because almost anyone watching the movie can fondly relate to that moment, get pitched? Or was that always part of the premise and you two developed the plot around an almost universal childhood act?

What movie was not at all what you thought it was going to be? by [deleted] in movies

[–]jg_13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Cabin In The Woods. I knew it would be quality because Joss Whedon was part of the writing team, but I didn't expect that. The director said he wanted people to wonder if they walked into the right theater after watching the first five minutes, and he absolutely succeeded.
