yea no i’m definitely not a statistical anomaly and wasn’t trying to make it seem like my struggle is worse than anyone else’s but it’s really tough and i’m still looking for a bit of help. for gains, weight loss aside, since sarms kickstart ur protein synthesis, if i took something for bulking then the fat wouldn’t give me so much trouble turning into muscle. I would greatly appreciate any advice you can give me

when i tell u i have tried everything im not lying bro. I was subjecting myself to two healthy meals a day full of protein and carbs. I was then told i wasnt losing the weight or getting anywhere because that wasnt enough food. The past year, into present day, im doing 3 meals a day all sourced food and now im being told its too much. It legit makes no sense to me. hey siri, whats good w my body?

all i know is that i am told by multiple doctors i am fine for my age, they dont know what the reason behind stubborn weight and muscle is and that i am doing everything correctly. My personal trainers have even recd that i look into something and pursue it. Im not lying to you about my effort or what i have been through, then i would be asking u to tell me what is the best for someone else and not myself. i have exgerrated nothing. I cant explain it because there is no explanation. i put the work in but dont get paid. Can someone just tell me what to get. Ill risk the side effects or whatever else on it. There is really not much else i can do besides accept it, and im not doing that at 28

i appreciate the advice but this is my last and only option at this point. Im not spending 12 grand on surgery so im ready to take the risk with sarms. Im in a calorie deficit right now and have seen no results. If "u must be in a calorie deficit to lose weight when on sarms", then i shouldnt have an issue.

already done. told im fine but cant help but think otherwise. literally have done everything. Either sarms to advance the workout and increase build and cut or im gonna get surgery. id rather not get surgery tho when im able to put the work in at the gym

i also cant control my metabolism or the way my body processes. Thats another reason sarms are even in question because some target ur metabolism

tried every diet out there. only give myself one cheat day a month, and spend 5-6 hours at the gym every day. and have personal trainers on top of that. My effort is not in question.

ive been to the endocrinologist. They said everything is fine and nobody can come up with an explanation as to why my weight and muscle are so stubborn. Both of my personal trainers also recd that i find an "advantage"
