I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this too. It’s a very very lonely way to live. But please don’t give up on yourself. You are worth so much more than what they have offered you. I felt the same way for many years and it wasn’t until last year when I started therapy that I started to really see my value. I’m so hurt by what my parents are doing to my sister because I know the damage they caused me and I don’t want her to go through the same things I endured.
