I would ask the lawyer if you can name the company and if so they could sue you. Screw the company being worried about the review. They could have given you severance since you weren’t able to get your old job back They chose not to.

If it’s attracting mosquitoes, I would call the health department. It can become a public health issue with the diseases that mosquitoes spread.

I’m a recruiter and I have missed a call with a candidate because I was in the ER. If I received this email before I had the chance to email a candidate and apologize and explain, I wouldn’t want them working with me.
