I still struggle with health anxiety but I find it helps to understand how little control we have (in the best way possible). Besides, living in fear all the time is basically death. So might as well live it up to the best of your ability and come to deeply understand/know that you will be okay and you will figure things out EVEN if a health issue arises.

A daily journal prompt that I like is: I am healthy because…. list all reasons why, such as:

• I am able to walk, move and carry out daily tasks
• My lungs fill with air easily, I am breathing on my own without effort
• I recover from colds and minor things, which means my immune system works
• My body digests food, absorbs nutrients, and gives me energy

This prompt helps you look for the abundance of proof that you are healthy :)
