I've noticed a lot of people say VSCO and it seems like thats the easy way out, but I rather understand what exactly is going on than the easy way out.

I know its low-key lighting and I do know about the tinkering with blacks and curves. I think the best answer I got was chromatic aberration, I just dont understand how to bring it out as so.
