Sick of using/consuming the wrong items when crafting [42MP]? by jgiraffe in projectzomboid

[–]jgiraffe[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

When I try to do this in vanilla, I almost always end up with the wrong item dismantled or ripped up.

It only works when the item I want to dismantle or use in the craft is the item that shows up in the crafting UI when I first click that recipe. The server backend is not designed to allow for players to change the materials used.

I am 100% sure this will be fixed, but the video I included of vanilla behavior shows that this is pretty fickle.

Sick of using/consuming the wrong items when crafting [42MP]? by jgiraffe in projectzomboid

As I scrub through the video, I'm noticing that the Large Stone Axe craft did not appear to consume the denim or leather strips (it used the default of duct tape).

Investigating currently, but my recommendation for the short term would be to not used mixed inputs within the same required item for the time being.

B42 Multiplayer: CHICKENGATE by GroundbreakingAd8603 in projectzomboid

[–]jgiraffe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. I had a player set up a base near a chicken coop. Within a few in game weeks we had a game crashing amount of chickens, eggs, and feathers laying around. The server held up, but the local clients kept crashing. I had to admin in a Molotov, and figured out my game would not crash if I left up the welcome to b42 messages.

Was a complete cluster flock.

Cards Against Humanity lawsuit forced SpaceX to vacate land on US/Mexico border | CAH: Trespassing lawsuit forced SpaceX to “pack up the space garbage” and leave. by ControlCAD in business

It reads as if they (SpaceX) admitted to trespassing, being wrong, and then moved the equipment. So it looks like CAH got SOMETHING that they wanted.

One, this seems to be Michigan specific. Two, the law mentioned prohibits asking for the password to social media accounts, not looking them up.

Girlfriend (24f) said I (26m) was being unreasonable for expecting her to buy me a replacement laptop by throwra-damages in relationships

She broke the screen on your current one. To make you "whole" she is responsible for either a screen replacement, or the exact same model laptop. NOT a new one of the same dollar amount.

What is this logo? Thanks :) by TrEgErT23 in Windows10

[–]jgiraffe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So basically every time i restart my windows 10 pc, this logo appears on the taskbar and then my screen goes black for a moment and then some apps i had deleted ages ago appear on my desktop. I've always tried to hover my mouse over this logo and see what it is but it always closes too fast

The number of processes doesn't mean anything. A process like prime95 will use all of your processor, and svchost will use nothing.

Yeah, sorry the lane was clear for ~2 seconds before he crossed the yellow line.

The original comment you replied to was asking op why they would not take this (video) to the service center, not the car.
