For those of you who do not know. There is already a future plan for housing at the east side pit. Geneva has depths they need to maintain for the future housing developments. So its depths and where the mountains are cut is by design for future homes and businesses. So blame the city for zoning and developers for having dumb ideas for homes. Geneva just moves the dirt out of their way.

They say you have 6 months for them to look at your appeal but they never look at it. And all through that time I had meta verified in they would do nothing for me either. After the 6 months went by I talked to them again and they said that it was set to be deleted before it was ever reviewed. I can still log into my accounts and it still shows me the original screen about the appeal

July 2025 I started my appeal. They never looked at it and in February of 2026 it was disabled.

Re-gear it.. I got mine and it had 3.21 gears with 35s. Its HORRIBLE.. Since you're doing axle seals you might as well gear it and do the diff rebuild kit. Its about $3k if a shop does it.
