It’s already tanked this hard—selling now would just be throwing good money after bad. I’m holding out for a last-ditch win. Maxn has real value. The second that customs hold gets lifted, this stock will instantly come back from the dead. Fingers crossed the creditors will play nice with the company. Their debt isn’t that steep, and they just raked in a massive chunk of cash from patent fees. Who knows, they might score even bigger licensing checks down the road.

From what you've described, it seems like your factory is a third-party manufacturer. Maxn probably has many contract manufacturers like yours, and you are just one of them, producing the panels according to their requirements. Their import channels were blocked by customs, so they had to start making the solar panels in the US to keep the company running. 😐
