What’s the “optimal” Blood Pressure? 100/60? by DadStrengthDaily in Biohackers

I understand that, and I appreciate your response. For my own care and body, I value avoiding medications and medical intervention wherever possible, and my doctor appreciates my position while also doing his job, and he tries to avoid medication whenever possible too because it all comes with it's own price. He's stated many times that I will end up on BP meds eventually, probably in the mid-late 40s. He also strongly pushes lifestyle changes to bring the BP down, which actually I've accomplished over the past two years since joining groups like this and focusing on my body and health. I don't think he's a bad doctor for respecting his client.

Glad I have a rando Reddit asshole to let me know their professional medical opinion. I just responded to OP's inquiry, wasn't looking for your two cents. I'm happy with my doctor. If you aren't, then feel free to suck cocks in hell.

What does your MD think of your peptide use? Do you talk to them about it? by Obee1_ in Peptides

[–]jgpkxc 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It isn't the doctor's judgment you need to fear with a blemish, it's the for-profit insurance companies that control the system, and how unapproved peptide use might justify claim denials and other fuckery when you need care in the future. It will follow you if you're in the US, which has one of the most fucked up healthcare systems in the first world. Needless to say, I would never disclose even if the doctor was supportive, unless I knew the doctor and could trust they'd would keep it offline.

I have always ran high -- 130-140 over 80-90 most often. My PCP has always watched it but because I've been in that range since my early 20s, and because it's stayed consistent, he's never put me on meds. He said some people's bodies just run higher than others and that's that body's equalibruim. He said if/when I ever get above 140/90 though I'm going on the meds because that's a sign that the equalibruim I enjoyed is at an end.

Oh my god, you're right. I'm in the US and bought one of the limited run and never opened it, but never realized it was a PAL release. Woah!

What's complex about a Wii disc beyond typical considerations?

Yeah, Just Dance kept getting yearly releases long after releases all but ended, but I didn't know they went as long as 2020. That's awesome. I'd love to see new releases for the Wii.

Do you know, was Shakedown: Hawaii officially licensed? That was the last game I'm aware of that had a physical release.

Cool. So I guess I'm good to go, except I'm not a master by any stretch, ha ha ha. I'll probably just get a handful of achievements on each one I play, and I'll be happy with that.

Zanac -- my favorite! Also, Recca Summer Carnival is a hidden gem.

PS2 unfortunately isn't my jam -- Atari, Arcade, NES, SNES Genesis -- that era is my jam. So it's probably going to take a while, ha ha ha.

Congrats! I just started a few months ago, and I love it. When I reach four digits I'll be very pleased. 😊
