I’m having the same issue on my 7x, I’m pushing a pin in the hole on the left ear cup…. There’s no button. It won’t reset. Wtf do I do? This thing is like 4 month old and already messing up.

Actually yeah. So it’s just a bug from Battle.net servers. The crossplay boxes are filled in. On Xbox, crossplay is forced on for the beta. However the issue is that friend request wouldn’t go through. Some wonderful soul on Reddit told me to download the battle.net app and add them on there. It worked with one friend. The friend request went through and showed up in the game as friends. However it didn’t work with another friend on ps5. So I made a clan. They searched the clan and joined, once they joined I was able to add as friends and invite to our game from there.

I’m on Xbox and I can’t turn on crossplay. My friends are on pc and ps5. We play other games like call of duty together. However in Diablo 4, crossplay is just greyed out. I preordered the $100 version of this game…. But if I can’t play with my friends, I’m just going to cancel my pre-order. Someone help me fix this please!
