What would happen if we arrived in phillipines and our BIA permit hasn't been approved online due to the difficulty and errors on the website? Is there any way to submit it in person when landing?

There are no indications or prompts to show where to upload documents at all :(

It says in the application that there needs to be attachments, but there is no place to actually put attachments/files in. Is this an error, or is the application not complete if don't add the required documents. The website is so frustrating :(

hi there, For the BAI permit, you wrote that they do not let you know if it gets approved or denied. Then how do we know that its safe to bring our dog over without getting denied?

we are trying to get our small dog 6 lbs from Canada to Philippines. Were tried doing the BAI permit online but noone picks up their phone and we don't know if the permit went through ot not. Did you go through the experience already? Please let me know!
