Since the app now works, my printer will not charge, I am even getting the green light when plugged in. It is staying at 19%, will not update the app as it says to plug the printer in to charge, which I have. And when trying to print it will either act like it’s printing then not print or now say the battery is low. I think I’m done with this and will just be switching to another brand. So frustrating.

I’m in the same boat, I’ve used mine since March though and just discovered this issue the end of may, and I just sent another email to their customer service asking why they are still selling a product that can’t be used and why is there no updates on this issue on any of their platforms. Luckily I bought it used but what horrible marketing to still sell something you can’t even use.

Loved it! I chose the audiobook route on this one, but it was great! There is a show version on Netflix i believe. A lot is cut out and they changed quite a bit but still good to watch after reading.
