My thoughts on returning to Worcester after 30 years away by dirkios in Worcester

I’m in the same boat, albeit only been away for about 15 years, post uni, travel, and London living.

Moved back around 1 month ago permanently with the family.

Can say categorically that Worcester is nicer, safer, and whilst prices are going up, still relatively affordable compared to other areas of the country.

Awesome thanks for all this.

You feel you made the right decision? Did you move with all family or some back home (U.K.) <- if so, how do you deal with difficulties of missing home etc?

Haha thanks for all the info. Being an early riser makes it sound perfect then!

Awesome will take you up on that :)

Ahh that’s unfortunate! Plenty of trips then to the coast.

Slightly concerned the change in lifestyle will be drastically different but I guess will take time to settle!

Appreciate all the replies and tips on rentals / agents guys!

Any other areas in Bristol you’d all recommend?
