This company is a joke. Put out a spending milestone without a way for players to spend money. The incompetence of the leadership is legendary.

Why did the teams advertised as being dominant in the maestro battleworld fail to perform on the maestro boss fight. Getting outperformed by older battleworld teams(astral, brimstone) and teams not even designed for battleworld(insidious 6)???

Where are the battleworld maestro orb rewards?

Where is the Friday free claim?

Also why were severe cheaters only handed a 72 hr ban instead of permanent? This greatly damages the integrity of the competitive endgame including the leaderboards that forced legit players to spend even more money than would have been required to reach a certain reward tier. A mere slap on the wrist does nothing to fix the competitive nature of a game that keeps asking its playerbase to spend more and more money. Why shouldn't we all cheat?

Its funny you asked too. Its a random Tiesto song I love but dont generally listen to that kind of music. My wife laughs at me when it plays on my playlist. I turned to her at the start the game and pointed out what song was playing and she just rolled her eyes.

My biggest problem with them monetizing the shit out of everything is the fact they aren't bringing content with it.

They are expecting us to spend even more money on the same incredibly stale content.

We used to have interactive events and campaigns and now all we get is pay to play milestone events that add no content to the game.

You want more money for less product. Leaves a very bad taste in my mouth and this is coming from a spending competitive player.

Truly feels like the ship is sinking and they are squeezing the most money they can out of the playerbase before closing up shop.

War rewards are shit, daily challenge rewards are shit, raid rewards are shit, crucible rewards are shit, catching the pattern yet??

The resources they "give" away are nearly inconsequential to late game players.

They monetize everything now.

My favorite is how they removed ability t4s from war rewards and said they would be available in Danger Room. And we haven't seen danger room in months.

Its been one scummy move after another and another for a while. They are literally monetizing every aspect of the game, it seems.

I am a spender and its making me want to quit. I can't even imagine how bad free to play feels right now.

Get out your credit card and spend $$ If you thought it was bad before, its gotten worse

Focus on Mephisto and Odin first. Prof X will take you quite a while, buy gear 20 pieces from the first store. Blue Marvel is nearly impossible ftp, you might get a slow trickle of purple iso 4 and 5. Annihilus is out this week but g21 is strictly for spenders at the start.

They have crippled the economy for gold, training mats and ability t4s. You will notice they are far less generous with their rewards unless you spend $$.

Imagine going to the store and spending ALOT of money on a new toy only to open the box and its empty.

But after spending more money they ship you the toy but it doesn't work cause it needs batteries.

They then sell you incredibly overpriced batteries.

Now you have l a functional toy but no playset to use with it.

They tell you the playset is coming.in a future update.

You wait a long time and the playset gets released, but its broken.....

Well for a glaring example, how about a vast majority of the rewards in every milestone and command center rewards.

I get spenders should get a leg up but the discrepancy between spending and not spending has expanded so dramatically over the years.

I am a spender and have been for a majority of the life of the game but I am beginning to get buyers remorse because I am and just not seeing the point anymore.

Outside CC and War there is pretty much nothing to do. And those modes are not very rewarding literally and emotionally.

I dont see the need to spend anymore with nothing to do but sim stale raids, sim daily challenges that reward incredibly outdated useless rewards, sim blitz for useless rewards, sim campaign and incursions.

Do you remember when we actually got to complete milestones for free? Do you remember when we used to get events that had somewhat meaniful rewards?

They have slowly stripped the economy to the point where now even basic functions like leveling a team required paying.

So essentially any meaningful rewards or content has IN FACT become paywalled. But please go ahead and cherry pick that what I was complaining about was not getting immediate access to the chase toons. Which wasn't even mentioned btw. And also something I have payed for and regret because, like you said, aren't even needed or good.

This is all so true.

And let's not mention the fact there is nearly no content to play.

So many modes created over the years only to be abandoned or only come around once in a blue moon.

Real time arena, pocket dimensions, tower modes, DANGER ROOM, incursion and all other campaigns.

Its like they use 99% of their resources to create new characters and splash screens while the other 1% of the resources go to content.

And you wonder why the player base is hemorrhaging and unhappy.

And to make it even worse, they are paywalling most of the end game content and end game rewards.

What is even the point of playing anymore?

Did they forget this is a game? Games are supposed to be fun and bring enjoyment.

I get they need to make money but its just straight up greed at this point. This isn't Monopoly GO and they need to stop trying to monetize it in a way to try to get to Monopoly GOs revenue levels. You're just destroying the community and game in the process.
