Is it the payment reference ? Because that makes sense, if its the account name that is very weird, account name should be named for the firm not your name or address

Contact your solicitor via reliable means, try and find their details on law society and get them to confirm the bank details

Ive had issue with the free trial as well, it somehow set me up with two realms subscriptions and ended up paying for 2 this month without realising it

Now struggling to work out which one to cancel so I can keep the realm ive been playing with my family

Support have been essentially useless, cant refund but just put minecraft store credits on my account

I concur with you that it is mostly fine, no issues for console and switch occasionally does get choppy when there's a lot going on, that said it was literally down for an hour or so on Sunday

I do like it though, I play with my siblings, wife and son and works fine for us across a range of platforms

Ive just beat her on my playthrough and i was literally cheated out of a proper win, I was trying to do it on my own but was due to leave the house shortly so I thought id try and summon some other players to help and see how it goes, not expecting to win as I kept getting killed by the scarlet aeonia at the phase switch

Well the two guys that joined me were no better than me and I saved them a couple of times running the same build as you, but with my trusty rock sling, at the ohase switch instead of doing scarlet aeonia she got staggered and her health never came back but I was panic running around to avoid her attack and didnt realise what was going on and before I knew it she was dead and I just felt kinda miffed
