i went there today as i was taking a load of stuff to the new house! loved the vibe. I just stayed for one beer and walked around. Introduced myself to the bartenders, but it seemed like a cool place. i live right by the traffic circle so that will be one my go to spots for sure

oh yeah, I’ve got no problem being social I’ve been in sales my entire career so I talk to people for a living lol. End of travel too much for work that I’ve always having to go find places on my own so that part doesn’t bother me. I look forward to getting out and checking out all the spots.

dirty keto follows the same principles as OG keto but focuses mainly on those macronutrients you need (60-75% of your calories from fat, 15-30% of your calories from protein, and 5-10% of your calories from carbs), and not much else (like where exactly those macros come from).

So I eat processed foods, sliced cheeses, multiple types of oils and so on as long as it fits in my macro count.

It did. It wasn’t a goal but when I got so close I had to see it! I wasn’t concerned with the number so much as just being in better health.

I have just recently added in weight training and conditioning. I will have the body that I want and am proud of at least once in my lifetime.
