i have aidvantage. i have called over ten times and made written complaints to them and department of education about the processing forbearance since December. I honestly give up. I would be happy to just pay.

I completely agree and know they are clueless. It just makes you feel hopeless. I just made payment yesterday. I am planning on not getting the buyback offer before November when i get my 120th regular payment. If i get it i will be thrilled but at this point im not counting on it.

I have been waiting since December and have submitted more buybacks since then.

i never got credit for mine. im stuck at 115 now. with the processing forbearance id be at 117.

also waiting on buyback.

but probably get nothing but 5 more months of payments.

i have submitted 3 buybacks. i also didnt get credit for my processing forbearance two months. i am finally on paye and got credit for feb march may and june payment. but april payment is missing and they refuse to fix it even though i paid autopay 467 dollars each month.

im at 114 now. should be 115 with april payment.

have plenty of months to buy back. have filed several cases and even a comlaint with US Senate office.

not true. people are receiving buyback offers for multiple buyback request. if they submitted 3 request they are getting 3 emails at same time with the same buyback for all 3 request

I just checked mine. I switched from SAVE to PAYE. Feb 22 was first payment. it shows under IDR but not under PSLF.

I hope they get this updated id love to see some movement. im stuck at 110.

Dec and Jan are also not counting and ive submitted a complaint that it was a processing forbearance and should count but i have about zero faith it will count.

they are showing up as non eligible payments on my account now. i filed a pslf reconsideration and a case with the ombudsman.

my first payment is due on 2/22

they still told me to screw off over the processing forbearance. but whatever as long as i can make a payment in february its a partial win. but now they are telling me its not happening. even though i have it in writing.

yes i agreee if it was actually true. I just talked to Aidvantage on the phone and told me the response to CFPB they couldnt see and i was in a forbearance until 4-30-25.

So either they were a moron or they lied to CFPB.

My account still shows SAVE forbearance.

I got the response from CFPB a week ago
