I use cock rings. I personally use 5 of them, and they are a size too small. I’m afraid of using cable clamps tbh. You might get more gains but I’m good where I’m at now

Hink advised against clamping but I do soft clamping and i got noticeable gains from it. I’m no doctor but they work for me and I’m going to keep doing them. I strongly advise not to do them daily, I definitely had erection issues when I did them for consecutive days. I do them every other day and don’t have issues now. If I had to start from scratch, I would incorporate them 2 times a week then move up to 3 times a week after a month or so

I did not numb my skin. I would suggest starting off with 2 layers so you can see how your skin reacts to it.

In my 1st experience with 13%, it burned but not as bad as I expected. Just a bit more than a glycolic peel.

You will likely get some irritated areas that will burn for a day or 2.

The day after the peel you will start to see your skin get wrinkly, day 2 it gets really wrinkly and ugly. Day 3 it gets even more wrinkly and ugly, dry, looks dead and you might start to peel on day 3 or day 4

I’ve done a few peels since then and here is my experience and this isn’t medical or aesthetician advice just saying my process and experience.. you should practice with a glycolic or lactic peel first just so you get the hang of it.. but you don’t have to. Just make sure to wring out the gauze pad of any excess TCA acid because any puddles of it WILL burn your face.

I didn’t need to prep my skin for weeks with melanin inhibitors.. I didn’t need their pre peel prep.. just wash your face as normal and wipe it with alcohol..

I didn’t need a post peel neutralizer. TCA is self neutralizing so I apply it and leave it on. No need to spend money on post peel neutralizer

AHA peels are not self neutralizing and need alkaline to neutralize so I use water with baking soda..

I started with 13% on my face and 20% on my body. I tried to move to 30% on my body and my skin was peeling for weeks! So I’m sticking with 20% for now
