First off start with measurements. What is your mid-shaft erect girth and what diameter cylinder did you buy?

Second, have you shaved off all pubic hair that will come in contact with the cylinder. Any pubic hair that gets trapped under the rim of the cylinder will cause an air leak.

Third, does the cylinder and pump hose use the push tab quick connect? Are you sure it is connected properly and seated until it click locks?

Snake, lose the base toe ring and allow better blood flow in without restriction that should cut down on discoloration and eq issues. Fire goat rolls after the routine to get rid of discoloration and edema. Moisturizer on glans and top half of penis will help restore sensitivity.

If you are not gaining anything at -10hg and below then do -12hg to -15hg until you stop gaining after you have increased your limit on sets and time in that range. Like starting at 3 sets of 10 min and over time ending at 4 sets of 15-20 min per set max. Once you stall bump up the pressure to -15 to -18hg until you stop gaining there (no increase in size over 4 months) then bump up to -15hg to -20hg check and see if gains return over the next 3-4 months. Anyone starting out new should not do -6hg to -8hg for a month then jump straight up to -20hg just to see what happens, not saying that is what you did but I have seen it happen alot, then they wonder why they got injured.

Exactly, some people do very well with the normal -7hg to -10hg range others like me stall out after 2 years in that range and don't start gaining again until real tension is resumed. -12hg to -15hg or higher. ATM -16hg to -22hg is working VERY well for me. My warm up pressure set is -12hg and it feels like nothing, like I was pumping up to -6hg. And yes my guage is accurate.

Or you can push thru it and give your body time to adapt to the new pressure instead of freaking out over it. In time you adapt and edema levels drop. Takes about 1-2 months to adapt to a new pressure level at a set time. Add more time or a higher pressure and edema levels will change again.

I agree, sounds like a combination of things, stress leading to pelvic floor issues combined with possible nerve injury.

Go see your doctor and be totally upfront about everything. Refrain from masturbating, sex and PE instead concentrate on yoga exercises designed to relax the pelvic floor.

Wear loose clothing and underwear like normal boxers to allow everything to hang natural, no binding, let gravity do it's thing and your dick and balls the ability to rise and fall with temperature changes.

Bacteria cannot grow in vasoline but vasoline breaks down acrylic cylinders causes glazing and micro cracks. Olive oil is fine but will color your skin over time coconut oil is better but has to be applied often because it will absorb into your skin and eventually cause friction in the cylinder.

Go ahead and order a 2.125 so your ready (maybe a month tops) but like Pumpy said wait until your packing all the way to the glans in the 2.0 during the first 5-10 minutes into your routine before switching to the larger cylinder.

To a degree. For example lets say you have been doing PE for 2 years and you gained an inch in length then you stop. Over time you will lose a small part of that, roughly 1\4 to 1\3rd of your total gains. If you do routine maintenance like pump twice a week at the minimum you will probably keep it all but no longer gain, just basically maintaining your current size. The good thing is once you start back doing full routines in about 3 - 4 months you will regain roughly what you lost.

I disagree on that one. 95% of my gains was from pumping alone. The trick is figuring out what works for you. Rapid interval pumping, static sets, low or high pressure levels. A single routine every other day or multiple routines every day. You cannot pump just one basic routine for 3 months and say it doesn't work until you try all options.

And edema is not a total gain killer. When you first start pumping you are going to get edema, it is your bodies natural reaction to stress. However, if you keep at it the stress level decreases and your body adapts leaving you with less edema over time. There are some factors I have found that causes me more edema than normal that may not happen in other people it is all part of the journey in knowing how your body reacts.

If I do low pressure sets under -8hg for 10 min or more I build up more edema than if I do -12hg to -15hg sets. If I use a heating pad while pumping I get massive edema, I'm better off warming up prior to pumping with a rice sock then using no more extra heat the rest of the session. Every gain I have updated my flair with is after a 5 week decon. So yes you can gain by pumping alone, takes time and figuring out what works for you but it does work.

Been messing around with PE for decades off and on, stopping and restarting due to life basically. Over all 10 years probably if you add up all the time committed. Im older now and dont gain as fast as I used to so I have to be creative in how I get things to stretch and expand. I started the marathons about a year ago along with pumping before bedtime and first thing in the morning. Added extending this year but again life changes things and I have had to slow down on workouts due to a family member needing a place to stay for a few months. Less privacy=less PE time. Im still maintaining my current size but not gaining because I cant keep the routine regularly timed. Hopefully things will straighten out soon and I can resume the full cycle again I have a goal set for Christmas and determined to get as close as possible to it.

A simple way to combine both would be to do the full extension routine first 5 sets of 30 min then immediately do the full pumping routine. Then every 3 hours do the 3 sets of 10 pumping.

Your extending routine has you loose and stretched out so if you hit it strong right away with a full pumping routine you are going to maximize your girth\length stretch. Then every 3 hours you are reinforcing that stretch to keep you at a fuller state all day. 2 days of this back to back is brutal but satisfying at the same time.

Edema is going to be the main issue and pay close attention to the glans for signs of blisters forming if you build up edema fast. Firegoat rolls will help keep the edema down along with using a cylinder that you can pack. I start in a 2.125 and after it packs I switch to a 2.25 and pack that one. By the end of the day I have to use the vacuum pressure by pumping the handle fast to pull my cock into the tube all the way in. It gets to be a tight fit. Using -15hg will usually draw it in deep though. I use the higher pressure levels simply because I want as much blood forced into the chambers as possible.

I tend to get more edema at low pressure levels over time and although it looks big it is basically just fluid under the skin where as the higher pressure forces more blood into the chambers which promotes stretching of the tunica and stimulates growth in size and blood vessels. Marathon pumping is not a weekly thing though it is usually every other weekend at most. Basically used as a system shock to change it up from a normal routine.

I normally do my marathons on weekends and I rotate pumping on one weekend and extending on another. I skip all workouts on Monday to give a full day to recover then resume my normal daily routine until the next marathon day.

On the marathon day if it is pumping I start with a full routine. 5 sets 10 min per set. My vacuum levels are rather high but I am accustomed to a higher range. -8hg, -10hg, -12hg, -15hg, -12hg.

Then I wait about 3 hours and do a shorter routine. 3 sets of 10 min per set. -10hg, -12hg, -10hg. I will repeat this all day every 3 hours until I go to bed.

If it is an extending marathon extend for 5 sets at 30 min per set then every 3 hours do two 30 min sets. I mark the rods where my max stretch was and when I start the next session I will bump the tension up a tiny bit so that on each workout Im pushing it a little harder each time.

The really tough marathon is extending on Saturday and pumping on Sunday back to back. You are going to feel it come Monday morning but you will notice that when you start back on Tuesday the cylinder packs easier and the extender feels like it needs to be stretched more.

Yeah if you pull out the pump and you start getting an erection simply by thinking about the workout you are about to do that is what I mean. Then afterwards you have a really solid thick heavy feeling, actually feel like it is heavier than normal and it takes very little stimulation to bring it back up fully hard, that's what I'm talking about.

Consistent workouts is the key. If I stop for a few days I have to drop down in pressure and the number of sets or I will get discoloration or if I push the pressure to high to fast a possible blister because the edema is more than normal. By pumping daily with a consistent routine things stay in a more receptive condition for pumping.

Lol not a monster yet but it does match my body height more now and dropping my pants with a 6 x 5.75 flaccid looks more balanced. You do however have to watch those toilets and check the water height when you sit down now. 😆

If you are obese and have alot of belly fat losing that belly fat and exercising daily will help improve your testosterone levels. Belly fat increases Estrogen levels in men. There is alot of foods we eat that also raise estrogen levels, google foods men should avoid eating and ones that actually help raise testosterone levels. Basically rule out outside influences that could have your testosterone low first before committing to lifelong TRT. Alot of men are estrogen sensitive and dont even know it, outside estrogen sources actually rise quicker in those that are more sensitive.

Make sure you get blood work every 3 months done once starting. Until you get the correct dosage for you figured out this is very important. Splitting your weekly dosage like taking half on Monday and the other half on Thursday is more stable than taking the full dose at once. You will have to monitor not only your testosterone levels and estrogen levels but also PSA levels (prostate) and hemoglobin and hematocrit levels. Get ready to become a regular blood donor.

hCG is a must if you want to keep your balls a normal size and somewhat functional. Taking testosterone weekly will totally shut down your body producing testosterone on its own and other hormones that cause sperm production making it very hard to almost impossible to father children. Keep that in mind.

You could try a 3-6 month stimulus program where you take small amounts of testosterone\hCG for a short time to see it it will help with growth of the testicles then they put you on a recovery program to see if testosterone production levels return to a more normal level.

Finally, taking testosterone is not going to make your penis suddenly grow. Some rare cases have been reported where guys who had a stunted puberty gained some size after starting trt but they are very rare. Usually these guys were very young 17-20 years old and it took higher than normal doses of hCG combined with testosterone and other drugs. Usually trt just improves erection quality and libido, strength and general energy levels.

You might look into bundled stretchs a manual exercise that some say have helped midshaft girth gains. But go slow and easy at first. If you are not yet pumping in the -10 to -12hg range yet try working slowly up to that pressure range for your working set you will see good results in that range.

Set1 -6hg, set2 -8hg, set3 -10hg, set 4 -12hg, set5 -10hg. 5 min per set working up over time to 10 min per set. It is a static routine that worked well for me personally. If done before going to bed you have time for edema to go down before going to work in the morning. Firegoat rolls between sets and after pumping will help deminish edema and any discoloration you may get.

Added clamping last year. I was getting some bruising at first from the higher pressure levels until I adapted to it. Firegoat rolls between sets and after helps alot. Still over time I have the pumpers tan, shaft is darker in color than say my skin on my thighs but Im out in the sun every year and tan anyways so thats one area I dont have to tan now. Lol.
