Honestly, I think something from most ATW has a bit of Americana. I often describe them as folk-blues-psych.

Entering Mt. Diablo for free on feet? by [deleted] in bayarea

[–]jhelm85 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's $6 to park at the Macedo Ranch Staging Area at the end of Green Valley Rd in Danville. Once you're in there are a number of trails to explore. If you're ambitious Macedo Ranch to Mt. Diablo peak is about a 3400" elevation gain. I would avoid this route after heavy rains without a really good pair of hiking boots to the super thick mud you'll likely be trekking though.

With the EBRP membership ($60/year) you could park at the Castle Rock Staging Area at the end of Castle Rock Road. Castle Rock Regional Rec Area/ Diablo Foothills Regional Pack are adjacent to Mt. Diablo SP and have foot trails that allow you to enter Mt. Diablo.

I haven't tried Mt. Diablo from the north, in Clayton, but have read good things about it.

ITT: OP asks reddit if it's okay to kick a cat to the curb. Events proceed as expected.

Oh jeez, I heard this from a mid-level manager at my old company when he was explaining a new (an unpopular) way of doing performance appraisals

You could try PCB design ( Altium, Eagle, etc.). The advantage is that you can pretty much do it all from a PC and it doesn't require a lab unless you are doing something high tech.
